Our expansive facility in North Georgia is equipped with state-of-the-art machinery, enabling us to tackle projects of any scale and offer a wide array of services including blasting, coating, fabrication, welding, and more. Notably, it hosts one of the largest powder coating lines in the Southeast US, positioning us as a leading provider in the region for high-quality, durable finishes. This facility reflects our commitment to flexibility, turnkey solutions that support our customers’ needs.

At Elevated Steel, our incredible team is the backbone of our success, made up of over 70 top-notch fabricators and technicians, each trained and certified in their respective fields. Their hard work and dedication are not just to their craft but to the success of our customers, embodying our company’s values and driving us forward in every project we undertake.
Our Quality
As an AISC Certified Fabricator, we adhere to AISC Quality Control standards for all our fabrication processes. Our commitment to quality is evident as every part we produce undergoes rigorous quality checks to ensure they meet our high standards. Our team of welders are proficient in GMAW (MIG), SMAW (Stick), and FCAW (flux core) welding techniques, and we proudly comply with AWS D1.1 standards. Safety is paramount at our facility, which is why all our technicians complete OSHA Safety Training, ensuring a secure working environment. To further our commitment to safety, we engage Smart Safety, a third-party safety company, to conduct safety audits at both our shop and installation job sites, with four audits conducted monthly. Additionally, we ensure all our employees are fully trained and certified to operate equipment, reinforcing our dedication to safety and quality in every aspect of our work.
